    It is depend on your order quantity, normally the delivery time is about 3-7 workdays.

    Normally, we will use the express (by air) for delivery due to our goods is portable hardness testers and it is not too heavy and volume weight is also small.

    Do you have any discount for freight cost?

    Yes, we have agreement with TNT,UPS,FedEx and DHL express, so we can get discounted price from them, and we can also send the parcel freight collected by using your own express account number.

    Normally the warranty time is one year, for some special instrument the warranty time can be found in its Users Manual. But no warranty time for quick-wear parts such as indenters.
