The warranty period of the equipment is 18 months. ZECO provides a free warranty for all the equipment provided. Once quality problems are found, such as damage to equipment parts, we will replace them free of charge.
During the warranty period, we will appoint a service agent to provide quality tracking services. Make telephone return calls every quarter, record and solve problems in detail, establish user files, contact letters, and follow up service. Provide timely response to client's inquiry and requirement, and actively carry out technical and management information exchange.
