Basic Knowledge Analysis of Balance Valve

The balancing valve is a valve that performs dynamic and static balance adjustment under hydraulic conditions. Such as static balancing valve, dynamic balancing valve.

1. Static balancing valve

Static balancing valve, also known as balance valve, manual balancing valve, digital lock balancing valve, two-position control valve, etc., it changes the flow resistance through the valve by changing the gap (opening) between the valve core and the valve seat to achieve the purpose of regulating flow, its role is the resistance of the system, which can balance the distribution of the new water according to the proportion calculated by the design, and each branch increases or decreases proportionally at the same time, still meeting the flow demand of the partial load under the current climate demand, and playing the role of heat balance.

2. Dynamic balancing valve

Dynamic balancing valves can be divided into dynamic flow balancing valve, dynamic differential pressure balancing valve, self-operated self-pressure differential control valve, etc.

Dynamic flow balancing valve is also known as: self-operated flow control valve, self-operated balancing valve, constant flow valve, automatic balancing valve, etc. It automatically changes the resistance coefficient according to the system operating conditions (pressure difference) changes, within a certain pressure difference range It can effectively control the flow through to maintain a constant value, that is, when the pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve increases, the automatic closing action of the valve can keep the flow from increasing.

Conversely, when the pressure difference decreases, the balancing valve automatically opens, and the flow remains constant. However, when the pressure difference is less than or greater than the normal working range of the valve, it cannot provide additional pressure after all, and the valve is fully opened at this time. Or the fully closed position flow is still lower or higher than the set flow and cannot be controlled.

3. Dynamic differential pressure balancing valve

Also known as self-operated differential pressure control valve, differential pressure controller, stabilizer variable synchronizer, differential pressure balancing valve, etc., it uses differential pressure to adjust the opening of the valve, and uses the pressure drop change of the spool to compensate for the pipeline. The change of resistance, so that the pressure difference can be kept basically unchanged when the working conditions change. Its principle is that within a certain flow range, the pressure difference of the controlled system can be effectively controlled to be constant, that is, when the pressure difference of the system increases When the valve is closed automatically, it can ensure that the pressure difference of the controlled system increases; on the contrary, when the pressure difference decreases, the valve opens automatically and the pressure difference remains constant.

Self-operated self-pressure differential control valve, the automatic valve plug is closed within the control range, the pressure difference between the two ends of the balancing valve exceeds the preset value, the valve plug is automatically opened, and the opening degree is automatically adjusted under the action of the pressure-sensitive film, keeping the valve two The terminal pressure difference is relatively constant.
