Balance valve is a kind of special function valve, which is different in function and place. In some industries, because the medium (all kinds of flowable substances) has a large pressure difference or flow difference in each part of the pipeline or container, in order to reduce or balance the difference, valves are installed between the corresponding pipelines or containers to regulate the relative balance of pressure on both sides, or to achieve flow balance by means of flow, the valve is called balance valve.

Function of Balance Valve
Balance valve is a kind of special function valve. It has quantitative measuring and regulating functions. When debugging the system, the debugger can adjust the balance valve through human-machine dialogue with the special intelligent instrument to realize the hydraulic balance of the system.
It has good flow regulation characteristics, and the relative flow has a linear relationship with the relative opening. Some valve opening indicators, small reading is 1_of the full opening of the valve. There is a reliable opening locking memory device, the valve can be restored to the original locking position after the opening changes. With cut-off function, it is not necessary to install the stop valve when the balance valve is installed.
