Classification of Balance Valves

Balance valve is a control device which can make the water system achieve dynamic and static balance regulation. It is divided into dynamic balance valve and static balance valve. Static balancing valve is also known as manual balancing valve, digital locking balancing valve, hydraulic balancing valve and so on (in this paper called hydraulic balancing valve).

Dynamic balancing valves are divided into dynamic flow balancing valves and dynamic differential pressure balancing valves. Dynamic balancing valve can be divided into flow type and adjustable flow type. The so-called constant flow type is commonly referred to as the valve gallbladder type, the factory flow has been set, the site can not be adjusted (that is, piston type). Adjustable flow field can adjust and set the flow.

Dynamic  balancing valve is also called self-operated flow control valve, self-operated balance valve, constant flow valve, automatic balance valve, etc. In October 2003, the relevant standards of the Ministry of Construction were issued as self-operated flow control valves.

Dynamic differential pressure balancing valve is also called self-operated differential pressure control valve, differential pressure controller, constant voltage variable synchronizer, differential pressure balancing valve, etc. This paper is called self-operated differential pressure control valve. Dynamic differential pressure balancing valve can be divided into fixed differential pressure type and adjustable differential pressure type. The constant pressure difference type sets the control pressure difference for the factory. The adjustable differential pressure model is that the magnitude of the differential pressure can be adjusted and controlled on the spot.
