The underground butterfly valve is a direct buried butterfly valve used in underground pipeline. A lower stem is arranged at the lower end of the valve body, a valve plate is arranged in the valve body, and concave square grooves and circular grooves are respectively arranged at the upper and lower ends of the valve plate. The lower stem is inserted into the concave groove of the lower end of the valve plate, and the square plug of the lower end of the middle stem is inserted into the concave groove of the valve plate. The upper and lower ends of the valve plate are provided with shaft end sealing surface and seat sealing surface, and the middle stem is arranged in the neck of the valve body. The upper and lower ends of the middle stem are square. Insert the lower end of the middle stem into the concave square groove of the valve plate. An upper stem is arranged in the connecting sleeve of the valve stem, and a square groove of the upper stem is arranged at the lower end of the upper stem. A bearing is arranged at the upper end of the upper stem, and a bearing cover is installed on the bearing, and a middle flange is arranged at the upper end of the neck of the valve body. An upper flange connecting bracket is arranged at the upper end of the valve stem connecting sleeve, and an upper flange is arranged on the upper flange connecting bracket. The upper end of the upper flange connection bracket is provided with a valve box cover, which is fixed on the valve box, and the valve box is fixed on the upper flange connection bracket.
The underground butterfly valve is composed of rubber sealed butterfly valve, carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate and valve stem. It is suitable for water supply and drainage, gas pipeline, water supply and drainage, such as food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, textile, papermaking, etc. when temperature is less than 80-120 degrees Celsius.
